Gregorio Perez Tecumseh, MI Medium: Printmaking gregorioperez72@gmail.com http://gregorioperez.wordpress.com Gregorio Perez received a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Michigan University in the area of Industrial Design. After college, he experimented with various art mediums, but found printmaking most compatible with his personality and cultural upbringing. Perez finds happiness exploring the natural world, which also helped develop his knowledge in birding and fly-fishing. All of these things, combined with a love of Native American art, have helped him create simple contemporary snapshots in time in a primitive manner. Perez was recently published in the June 2012 issue of Fly Fisherman Magazine. His work can be found at the Black Door Gallery in Tecumseh, MI and the Side Door Gallery in Dexter, MI. His print is the featured logo of the 2013 “Art in the Park.”Image
